Laura Sunberg is an assistant professor in the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at the 91ÖÆÆ¬³§¹ú²úAV. Her research investigates the transport of particles such as microplastics and firebrands in environmental flows through laboratory experiments and numerical simulations. Prior to beginning her faculty position, Sunberg was a postdoctoral scholar supported by a National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in the Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research (INSTAAR) at CU Boulder.
